This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the software application provided by South Bend Computer Repair ("we," "us"). By using the application, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application to operate your business and manage repairs, sales, customers, and Computer Care Plans. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the application.
Third-party services
The application integrates with third-party services including Intuit QuickBooks (accounting), BlockChyp (payments), and Atera/Bitdefender (monitoring). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the application lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
Text messaging terms
By opting in on our enrollment or check-in forms, you agree to receive recurring service and account text messages from South Bend Computer Repair (repair status, appointment, and Computer Care Plan account and payment messages). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, HELP for help, or call (574) 444-9910. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information; mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
